Premium FAQS
I am about to submit my completed application and I want to pay my premium in full without financing. When do I send in my payment?
We will send you an invoice when your application is approved. You can pay online by e-check/ACH or credit card for fastest processing through our online Quick Pay portal. Please note, your policy will not be in effect until we receive your full payment by the due date. If you are interested in a personalized premium indication, please call (800) 245-3333 or use our online information request form.
Can I make payments through a finance company?
Yes. Premium financing is available through Imperial PFS (IPFS), a national premium finance company. Once your coverage is approved and you receive the invoice, you can visit our Quick Pay portal to enroll in financing. The IPFS online portal will outline specific payment terms and conditions. A 10% down payment is required with nine installment payments. Premiums above $1000 are eligible for financing.
If I finance through IPFS, what are my options?
IPFS provides three ways for you to make your installment payments:
- Online after registering on their website - You may view your account for status and history, make payments online, and access your account on your mobile device.
- Monthly ACH with a checking or savings account - IPFS will need a signed ACH agreement and a voided check.
- Monthly invoice
IPFS will provide instructions on how to choose one of these payment methods.
