Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to service your medical professional liability insurance needs. Please select from the list below for specific directions regarding common group account requests.
At this time, My Program online access to view all policy documents related to your group is not available. Covered members of your group can create logins to access their own policy documents.

Payments via ACH or credit card may be made online using our Quick Pay portal - PRMS.com/QuickPay.
You will be asked to input your invoice number and your certificate number.
If you would like to send a check, please use the address listed on your invoice and return the top portion in your envelope to ensure payment is applied correctly.
Each physician or provider in your group can access their personalized policy information, COIs and risk management courses and materials in My Program.*
Direct any of your insured physicians or providers to register at PRMS.com/MyProgram and to use your group’s certificate number. Your certificate number can be found on the COIs, invoice and declarations page.
At this time, we currently do not have administrator access to view all the policy documents for your entire group. If you need documents, please contact us at GroupServices@prms.com.
*Vicarious Liability physicians and providers do not have access to My Program.
To Add a Physician or Provider:
To cancel/remove physicians or providers from your group policy please provide the following to GroupServices@prms.com:
- Your Name and Client/Customer ID
- Client/Customer ID can be found on your invoice, declarations page or certificate of insurance
- For the physician(s) or providers(s) you would like to remove from the policy please provide:
- Full Name
- Cancellation Date
- Last date the physician or provider saw a patient
All physicians and providers covered* under your group policy have access to the following risk management services.
The following can be accessed through My Program:
- Free CME courses and our vast library of resources on PRMS U
- Access to eRiskHub: technology and data breach resources
- Psychiatry-specific risk management newsletter, Rx for Risk
- State- and psychiatry-specific risk management alerts

At this time, we currently do not have non-insured administrator access PRMS U and My Program.
*Vicarious Liability physicians and providers do not have access to My Program or the Risk Management Consultation Service (RMCS).
